Multi-million pound Tyne Bridge office development takes shape
A new multi-million pound office development with views of the Tyne Bridge is set to be brought to market.
Developer Adderstone Group has appointed Knight Frank to market its new £2m Tyne Bridge House development on Bottle Bank in Gateshead.
Situated in front of the Curzon Place residential development up the bank from the Hilton hotel, the two-storey scheme will comprise 5,259 sq ft of Grade A office space.
The property is currently under construction, with completion scheduled for the end of 2020.
Melanie Brown, Adderstone Group’s commercial estates manager, commented: “The office will make a fantastic self-contained headquarters.
“The location is excellent and set to get even better as a result of the significant development happening on Gateshead Quays, including the £260m Arena scheme, plus it benefits from a number of outstanding bars and restaurants like Trakol at By The River Brew, just a short walk away.”
