New workspace launches in revamped South London art deco building

A branded office solutions specialist has unveiled its first white label brand this week in South London.

NewFlex, the office specialist powered by Newable, has launched My Office Club in the newly redeveloped Tower House building in Lewisham.

Delivered on behalf of developer MHA London, My Office Club Lewisham comprises 17,000 sq ft of workspace including co-working, breakout, private offices and meeting rooms.

Built in 1933, the art deco Tower House building originally served as the Royal Arsenal Cooperative Society’s flagship department store.

The site has recently been redeveloped by MHA in a bid to create a new mixed-use creative community hub at the heart of the town.

Steve Jude, CEO of NewFlex, commented: “Lewisham is an exciting growth area with strong transport connections and a combination of ongoing private and public investment that is helping to re-energise the town centre, making it the perfect location for this exciting new work hub.

“The flexible working revolution is thriving with Covid-19 having accelerated a long-standing trend towards the flexible use of offices by occupiers.

“With our deep understanding of the market and track-record of helping building owners adapt to these new demands, we are able to provide exceptional bespoke brands and spaces that meet the needs of modern occupiers while generating positive income for building owners.”

Hossein Abedinzadeh, founder of MHA, added: “We have worked hard to build on the legacy of Lewisham’s Tower House and deliver a creative space which brings the iconic building back to its former glory at the epicentre of Lewisham’s commercial marketplace.

“We are proud to launch My Office Club Lewisham which responds to a clear and pressing need to deliver state-of-the-art serviced office space outside of Central London.”
