Dental firm to bring smile back to high street with Leeds and London stores
An oral care specialist has announced the launch of new stores in London and Yorkshire as part of a national rollout.
Dental health firm SmileDirectClub has announced it will open new stores in Leeds and London.
SmileDirectClub, which was founded in 2014 by Alex Fenkell and Jordan Katzman, has grown to serve over one million customers globally, with the company’s teledentistry platform connecting customers directly to affiliated UK registered dentist and orthodontists.
The new ‘SmileShop’ stores in Oxford Circus and Trinity Leeds Shopping Centre are set to launch alongside sites in Glasgow and Dublin, and are part of the firm’s plan to support the recovery of the UK high street after COVID-19.
David Cran, vice president of SmileDirectClub UK and Ireland, commented: “A year on from the UK and Ireland launch, SmileDirectClub is thrilled to be supporting British high streets and helping to drive the economy by rolling out its first SmileShop storefronts.
“With a mission to help more Brits realise the life-changing potential of their smiles, SmileDirectClub will continue to increase access to affordable and convenient clear aligner therapy through our SmileShops and also our impression kits.”
