West Yorkshire development opportunity could deliver up to 77 new homes
A development site in West Yorkshire with planning consent for up to 77 dwellings has been brought to market.
Property specialist Cushman & Wakefield has launched the site at Owlcotes Road in the Leeds suburb of Pudsey.
Extending to 5.5 acres, the site sits in close proximity to local amenities and schools and has connectivity to Leeds, Bradford and the motorway network.
The site was promoted through the planning process by Keyland Developments (the property arm of Yorkshire Water) under the terms of a planning promotion agreement with the joint landowner.
Oliver Salisbury, associate at Cushman & Wakefield, commented: “We are delighted to bring to market this fantastic residential development opportunity within the established and popular suburb of Pudsey.
“The site benefits from excellent access to Leeds and Bradford and is well suited to the family housing market. We anticipate high demand from regional and national housebuilders.”
Catherine Cairns, development manager at Keyland Developments, added: “We are delighted to bring Cushman & Wakefield into the team to market this important scheme, which is set to make a significant contribution to West Yorkshire’s housing supply.”
