Sunny outlook for ‘luxury’ real estate firm with new Portuguese partnership
A London-based ‘luxury’ real estate specialist has grown its European footprint through a new partnership with a Portuguese firm.
Beauchamp Estates is entering the Portuguese property market through a new agency partnership with Tamea International.
Based on Avenida de Liberdade - known as the “Bond Street of Lisbon” - Tamea International works with domestic and international clients in the sourcing and acquisition of property in Portugal, for both personal use and investment.
The new partnership will enable Beauchamp Estates, which markets a range of high-end properties across London, to expand its international reach and enter the local market.
