IT services firm expands to newly refurbished Wimbledon base
A software specialist is set for growth with a relocation to a new base in South West London.
HPD Software LTD is the latest business to join a newly refurbished site in the heart of Wimbledon.
Owned by Nuveen Real Estate, 22 Worple Road underwent ‘extensive’ refurbishment by architecture firm BuckleyGrayYeoman at the end of last year.
HPD Software LTD has signed for space on the first and part second floors of the building, totalling approximately 12,000 sq ft.
Lewis & Co and Knight Frank advised Nuveen Real Estate on the signing. Alex Lewis, director at Lewis & Co, commented: “We welcome HPD Software to 22 Worple Road, which offers stunning new contemporary office space with first-class amenities and a communal roof terrace with iconic views of London.
“With its exceptional attention to detail, the building has been curated with a future-focused commitment to inclusivity, innovation and sustainability in mind.
“Wimbledon has become a popular office location, and this letting during the recent lockdown highlights Wimbledon’s continued popularity with office occupiers.”
