This week's London appointments

Lavinia Haane, Tyto

Pan-European technology PR agency Tyto has announced the appointment of Lavinia Haane as associate director.

She joins the company in order to further strengthen the agency’s senior leadership team and its consultancy expertise in both Germany and the UK.

Lavinia joins Tyto from Hotwire, where she first worked in Germany for five years, before more recently transitioning to a UK-based role for the last two and a half years.

At Tyto, Lavinia will be combining her dual market experience to operate seamlessly across Germany and the UK, providing senior counsel in both markets.

Brendon Craigie, co-founder and managing partner of Tyto, said: “Lavinia is the ideal hire for us in the current economic climate.

“Business has never been as borderless as it is now, which is why having another individual in our senior ranks who has such impressive experience in two of our key markets is all the more important.

“Lavinia’s intricate understanding of different business models and cultures across geographies will be integral to our clients and our vision for the agency moving forward.”

Lavinia added: “Having specialised in a range of disciplines in both the UK and Germany for several years, I was hungry for a role that enabled me to use my experience across markets and industries simultaneously – i.e. in an agency model that truly benefits existing and prospective clients.

“I couldn’t be more excited to join the incredible team at Tyto and to work across borders as a single unit, free from the constraints of traditional agency silos.”
