Get Ahead VA expands into the capital with regional director for London
Award-winning virtual agency Get Ahead VA is delighted to welcome a new regional director, Louise Young, to run Get Ahead VA in West London.
Ealing-based Louise joins Get Ahead VA with over 25 years’ experience in marketing communications. After being made redundant from her most recent role during COVID-19, Louise discovered Get Ahead VA on LinkedIn. She immediately saw the benefits of virtual assistant services for businesses facing the challenges of coronavirus and felt that the time was right to join a virtual agency like Get Ahead VA.
Louise said: “I have seen so many businesses struggle over the past six months, as well as being personally affected through redundancy. So the opportunity to help companies navigate these difficult times by providing flexible business support services seemed like the perfect fit. As Get Ahead VA celebrated its 10th anniversary this year, I could see it was a very credible organisation in the growing outsourcing sector.”
As coronavirus restrictions continue to have a huge impact on businesses, companies are having to adapt and find new ways of working. Virtual assistants can play a vital part, allowing companies to remain agile.
Rebecca Newenham, founder and director of Get Ahead VA said: “I am delighted to welcome Louise to our team. With her positive, enthusiastic approach, as well as her many years of marketing experience, I know she will be a real asset to our business. Our team continues to expand with over 40 virtual assistants across the country and regional directors in Berkshire & North Hants, East Midlands, Leeds, South Yorkshire, Suffolk & Essex, West Surrey and Wirral & Cheshire West, as well as West London. I look forward to seeing our team continue to grow over the next few months and supporting all of our directors as they develop their client base.”
