Arcinova appoints Kelly Rhys-Jones as Human Resources Director

Arcinova, the UK’s fastest growing multi-service Contract Development and Manufacturing Organisations (CDMOs), is delighted to welcome Kelly Rhys-Jones as Human Resources Director. Kelly, who has over 20 years of human resources experience, joins Arcinova from Virgin Money where she spent three years working as Senior Human Resources Change Manager and Business Partner. Kelly has significant experience in all key areas of HR and organisational development including HR delivery transformation activities and complex business change and organisation development programs. Kelly holds a PG Diploma in Human Resource Management from Northumbria University. Kelly’s appointment continues Arcinova’s strategy of strengthening the company’s management team following the appointment of Roger Kilburn as CEO in 2019. Kelly’s contribution will be pivotal to the continued growth of Arcinova, who since purchasing the site from Covance in 2016 has increased head count from 87 to 172 and plans to increase this further in 2021. Kelly Rhys-Jones commented, “I am passionate about supporting colleagues to create great working environments where talented individuals and teams can realise their full potential. I’m delighted to be a part of the Arcinova team as we continue our growth journey, which will provide fantastic opportunities for individuals to grow with the business and develop new capabilities.” Roger Kilburn, CEO at Arcinova, commented, “We are enormously privileged to welcome Kelly to our team. Her unparalleled experience will be invaluable to us as we continue in the next leg of the already remarkable journey of Arcinova.”
