Femtech launches six-figure Crowdcube fundraise to “revolutionise” women’s wellness
A daily health tracking app aiming to “revolutionise wellness for women” has launched a new six-figure crowdfunding campaign.
Femtech Moody Month has launched a new £100k fundraise through equity platform Crowdcube.
Built by a UK team of female engineers and technicians, the Moody Month app aims to enable users to track their monthly cycles.
Since the launch of Moody Month, the firm has seen 135,000 downloads of the app, with a usage increase of 86 per cent in the first two months of the pandemic.
Moody Month CEO and co-founder, Amy Thomson, commented: “Moody Month was built to support women daily, we hadn’t predicted how quickly it would become an essential part of their at home health routines due to the pandemic.
“This is an exciting time for us to bring onboard both new users and new investors via our Crowdcube campaign.”
