More than 100 jobs to be created at Newcastle energy consultancy
A North East energy consultancy has announced that it is creating more than 100 new job opportunities.
The Green Energy Advice Bureau, based in Newcastle Business Park, is aiming to boost the local economy with the creation of more than 100 jobs by early 2021.
The consultancy specialises in the procurement of renewable business energy, and has said that it is aiming for “exponential” growth.
The careers on offer include lead generators and energy consultants, with no energy company experience needed.
This comes after the Bureau’s launch of its new academy.
Marc Whitelaw, academy director, commented: “This is a hugely exciting time for GEAB as the new academy will bring fantastic opportunities and a lifeline to many during unprecedented times.
“Successful candidates will be given the platform to both professionally and personally develop as the next generation of successful energy consultants under fantastic tutelage.”
