Yorkshire print firms press on with multi-million pound merger
A duo of Yorkshire print firms have completed a merger deal to become a multi-million pound business.
Huddersfield firm Mr Flyer has joined forces with Brighouse-based Flow Solutions to create a £2.5m turnover company.
Founded in 2011, Mr Flyer specialises in leaflet distribution, and collaborates with a range of industries including estate agents, schools and home improvements businesses.
Mail and fulfilment house Flow Solutions works with a range of blue-chip firms including Virgin, Cadbury and B&Q, delivering direct mail campaigns and related services.
Flow Solutions director and co-founder, Richard Standing, commented: “The deal unites the core strengths that both companies bring to the table to create a much stronger business offering.
“We’re anticipating significant growth due to the synergy between both firms, it’s a very exciting time for us.”
Mr Flyer founder, Andrew Robinson, added: “As a business, Mr Flyer needed to progress to the next level and this merger deal has allowed both businesses to have the scope to grow considerably.”
