Worcester business networking organisation continues expansion with two new appointments

Worcester business networking organisation, Sterling Networks, has announced two new hires, continuing its rapid plans for expansion.

Jenni Henderson has been appointed as marketing strategy consultant to plan and oversee the company’s marketing campaigns and activity. With over 12 years of experience as both a marketing professional and business owner and coach, Jenni brings a wealth of experience in creating sales and marketing strategies and helping business owners achieve their goals.

Rosemary Henderson joins as sales consultant and will be responsible for continuing to expand Sterling Networks’ membership base, supporting business owners who would like to build valuable business relationships. Rosemary has over 20 years of experience working in sales positions, building and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients and helping to drive business growth.

Founded in 2014 by husband and wife business duo, Neil and Tracey Davis, Sterling Networks prides itself on integrity and helps professionals build genuine, profitable business relationships that enable them to increase sales and discover new suppliers.

Despite the challenges presented by COVID-19, the organisation has been able to sustain its ambitious growth plans by ‘pivoting’ its strategy and moving all networking meetings from a face-to-face to virtual via video conferencing tool, Zoom.

As a result, Sterling Networks has continued to support business leaders UK wide in establishing new relationships, whilst increasing its members by 200% to well over 340 members since the end of March 2020.

Neil Davis, co-founder of Sterling Networks, said: “Despite the challenges of this year, we have continued to focus on strengthening our team by hiring experienced professionals with vast knowledge in their respective areas.

“Jenni and Rosemary are both highly skilled and extremely passionate about what they do, and both have already made a hugely positive impact on Sterling Networks in a short amount of time.

“By further bolstering our marketing and sales efforts, we can continue to build upon the growth we have managed to achieve this year.
