Yorkshire wine and meat suppliers partner to launch ‘ethical’ home delivery venture

Two of Yorkshire’s suppliers of wine and food have formed a partnership to deliver sustainably sourced produce to homes across the UK.

Ethical wine members club Wines2U and fresh meat and produce supplier Yorkshire Lean Meat have teamed up in a bid to provide diners with ethical restaurant quality meals in their own home.

The partnership enables food and drink lovers across the UK to order wine and dine boxes comprising hand-butchered, traceable and locally reared meat along with fresh vegetables and other produce, complemented by a specially chosen wine.

David Krushell, director and founder of Wines2U, explained: “We are really excited to partner with Yorkshire Lean Meats, a company which shares our ethical beliefs and traditional ethos and which promotes the very highest standards of animal welfare and traceability.
