Edgware residential development set to launch in New Year
A new residential development on the outskirts of London is preparing to launch in the New Year.
Developer Shanly Homes has announced the launch of its new Hillgrove House development in Edgware in January.
Situated in Zone 5 at the end of the Northern Line, the new development comprises a range of one and two bedroom apartments.
The scheme also features private outdoor balconies and terraces, access to a lift serving all floors, cycle storage and private allocated parking for the two bedroom apartments.
Martin Brown, sales manager at Shanly Homes, commented: “For Londoners looking to escape the hustle and bustle of living in the centre of the City, Edgware is a fantastic place to settle.
“It has the perfect balance of countryside on the doorstep, as well as easy, reliable connections into the capital via the tube, and is far more reasonably priced than inner city homes.
“Anyone looking to move to the outskirts of London should definitely look to Hillgrove House as an option, and make an appointment to come and view the stunning show home when we officially open its doors on January 9th.”
