National freight operator joins growing Doncaster business hub
A national freight operator has expanded operations at a growing business park in South Yorkshire.
Direct Rail Services has taken a three-year lease on a 2,045 sq ft unit in the West Moor Park Networkcentre in Doncaster.
The news follows local business Rethync’s expansion at the site. The fencing supplier already occupied two units and has expanded into a third, taking its office and storage space at the site up to almost 7,000 sq ft.
Helen Gordon, associate director from NSM, commented: “The Networkcentres offer adaptable space for small to medium sized businesses and it is great to see that they also appeal to national companies such as Direct Rail Services when seeking a new regional base.”
“As there is such a shortage of industrial space in the region and these flexible units also offer high quality offices, they are in high demand.
“We are delighted to see Rethync expand on the site and we look forward to securing a third tenant shortly which will mean the site is fully let.”
