Hudson Welcomes Moira Thompson
Moira joins the team at Hudson HQ
Business development consultancy, Hudson, continues their expansion by welcoming, Receptionist, Moira Thompson to their team at Hudson HQ. Moira will support the daily operations at their Head Office and work across all eight divisions. From directing calls and booking meetings to uploading tenders to their 11 portals, Moira will support the expansion of the Group.
As Hudson further implements their growth plans this year, it’s imperative that their internal operations continue to run smoothly. Moira’s wealth of experience in office management and client liaison will help them to achieve this.
Moira says…
“I am thrilled and so lucky to be working for Hudson as a Receptionist especially in these uncertain times. This is a role that I enjoy and I have valuable experience in.”
Previous experience
Moira is an experienced communicator, both in customer-facing and internal roles. Her previous experiences have included office management, resolution consulting and negotiating. These roles have required Moira to communicate with colleagues across different departments as well as directors and senior level management.
In previous positions, Moira has had the opportunity to work across multiple factions. This includes managing daily operations, helping employees to meet KPI targets, payroll and re-working complex accounts for customers. Each of these roles required Moira to represent organisations with the upmost professionalism.
Hudson’s Head of Client Engagement, Marie Fisher, says…
“We are delighted to welcome Moira to our growing team at Hudson. Her vast experience in customer service and office management is exactly what we need to support a smooth growing process. Moira will be an excellent representative of the Company and maintain the exceptional level of customer service expected from Hudson.”
