Property company takes new offices in Lymm
The ground floor of a mixed use freehold building at 16 Bridgewater Street, Lymm, Cheshire, recently acquired by Mansion House, has been let to Perfect Conversions.
The 1000 sq ft of accommodation within this three storey property 4,000 sq ft building has been let on a five year lease at an annual rental of £13,000.
Grant McEwan, CEO, Perfect Properties Group, said: “We started the business in 2015 from the spare bedroom at our house. In line with our growth we have had to take on larger office space, this being our third office move in Lymm. I knew the property as “Lymm Bistro” as a little boy in the 80’s as my Mum would often take me there, so when I heard it had been purchased we approached the landlord direct with an offer. We specialise in taking run down and disused properties and creating superb living spaces for each end of the market. We also convert commercial properties by Building to Rent apartment blocks for our own portfolio. The business has grown over the years and we needed new offices to meet our growing needs. We have just completed the refurb to Bridgewater St creating a contemporary office space for our businesses and yes…… We kept the bar!”
Daniel Lee, director, Regional Property Solutions, who acted for Mansion House said: “This letting was achieved shortly after the acquisition of this vacant property. The landlord is exploring alternative uses for the remainder of the space with the potential of mixed office and residential use”.
