“Ultra-modern” residential development completes in South London

A new residential development has reached completion in South London.

Developer Tailored Living Solutions has achieved completion at its Two Three Seven Brixton Hill.

Featuring a range of one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments, the scheme will also provide a ‘secret garden’ for residents as well as balconies for each property.

The apartments have been designed with “ultra-modern” living in mind, with a range of technological features including audio/visual entry systems and the Wondrwall home automation system to adapt heating, lighting and security to resident’s routines.

Josh Chadd, managing director at Tailored Living Solutions commented: “The completion of Two Three Seven Brixton Hill is a major milestone as our debut project in Brixton.
