LoveRaw® kicks off 2021 with a string of new retail wins

Vegan chocolate brand, LoveRaw®, is managing to defy the effects of the global pandemic as it continues to expand its current list of stockists on both a national and international level.

The Altrincham based firm has secured multiple new retail listings in the UK, France, Spain and Switzerland, allowing customers to purchase LoveRaw®’s three signature collections – the iconic chocolate Butter Cups, epic M:lk® Choc Bars and the industry-first Cre&m® Wafer Bars – from three brand-new global markets, as well as gaining listings with Booker Retail Partners and approximately 1,200 forecourt retailers including Motor Fuel Group, Rontec and Harvest Energy.

This announcement closely follows another recent success for the business, which saw LoveRaw® welcome Kuwait and Malta to its increasing catalogue of worldwide retailers, together with 500 UK Co-op stores, towards the end of last year.

Manav Thapar, Co-Founder & Managing Director of LoveRaw® commented: “It’s exciting to see such positive growth in our retail stockists not only within the UK but across international markets too, and we couldn’t be prouder. The last 12 months have been challenging – especially combined with the current circumstances – but the team have been working as hard as ever, and it has paid off with a great start to 2021.

“Every success we achieved in 2020 has taken us closer to becoming THE go-to vegan snacking brand…and eventually global domination! This category is ripe for disruption and we’re confident that we have the right team in place to achieve great things.”

Having joined the LoveRaw® team last August as ‘Head of Convenience’ after four successful years spearheading business growth within iconic snacking brand Grenade®, Liam Mahoney played a significant role in securing these latest key accounts.

Despite the ongoing pandemic, 2020 was an exciting year for LoveRaw®. The firm launched its very own branded “M:lk®” chocolate (beating Cadbury to it) and launched its most successful product line to date – the Cre&m® Wafer Bar – with sales skyrocketing since its launch in September 2020.

In addition to this, the brand won numerous awards including ‘Best Dairy Product Alternative’ at the World Plant-Based Awards 2020 and ‘Family Business Entrepreneurs of the Year’ at the Great British Entrepreneur Awards (GBEA) 2020.
