Cerberus Receivables Management invests in growth

With demand for efficient and effective accounts receivable operations more vital than ever, Cerberus Receivables Management (CRM) has strengthened its market-leading position with a number of appointments and extended service offering.

They’re underpinned by significant investment in a new Salford HQ, IT infrastructure and brand identity and website - reflecting CRM’s ambitious strategic vision for growth.

The new developments have been implemented from the start of the year, which marks CRM’s 11th year in business. Today, the Salford-based specialists in recovery and realisation of distressed assets and debt is a 20-strong team servicing a client base that spans the UK.

To accommodate growth in both employees and clients, CRM has moved into a new larger North West HQ. Significant investment has also been made in the installation of a new IT system to enhance client efficiency and security and meet the demands of increasing workloads.

The appointment of Lee Scott as Head of Recoveries – with 25 years’ legal, litigation and collections experience – further strengthens the company’s capabilities and expertise when collecting difficult disputed or contractual debt. The addition of Receivables Specialist Sharon Lornie to the team – with 21 years’ experience gained at the nation’s leading independent invoice finance specialist - further boosts CRM’s collective expertise.

And, ever committed to nurturing new talent, Theresa Divers has also just joined the business as Apprentice Administration Assistant.

Christine Greenhalgh, Director at CRM, said: “In just over a decade, we’ve built a national client base from scratch and become a leading player in the market. These are, of course, achievements that we’re very proud of.

“As we passed our first decade in business, it was fitting to evaluate where we had come from, what we had achieved and our strategic plan for the future. Our new identity – showcased through our new website – perfectly represents our position, service offering and aspirations, now and in the future.

“These include doubling the size of our team in line with our increasing client base, as we pick up more and more work from new and existing clients. We’re all very much looking forward to the next stage of our journey and implementing our strategic plan for the future.”
