London property firm appointed to market ‘legendary’ £90m Beverly Hills estate

A London property specialist has secured further global growth by being appointed as the only international agent marketing a multi-million pound estate in Beverly Hills.

Beauchamp Estates has been appointed to market The Beverly House, a 28,975 sq ft private palace that starred in movies such as The Godfather and The Bodyguard.

Used by John F. Kennedy and Jacqueline Kennedy, the 18-bedroom and 25-bathroom private palace is located in 3.5 acres of landscaped grounds and was originally designed by architect Gordon Kaufmann and built in 1926 for banking tycoon Milton Getz.

Beauchamp Estates has been appointed to promote the property to an international network of clients in London, Moscow, Tel Aviv, the Middle East and China.

Gary Hersham, founding director of Beauchamp Estates commented: “Beauchamp Estates is delighted to be appointed exclusively as the only agent outside of the USA to manage the international marketing of The Beverly House, one of the most magnificent private estates in California that is truly anchored in American legend.

“This is one of the most prestigious instructions for an American estate to be given to a London agency in many years and will appeal to our high-net-worth clients around the world.”

Jeremy Gee, managing director of Beauchamp Estate, added: “Priced at £90m (US $119m), The Beverly House mega-mansion and estate in Beverly Hills is the most expensive American listing and instruction to be given to a London estate agent to market and sell in many years.

“Beauchamp Estates is delighted to be the only estate agent outside of the USA to be instructed on this private palace and it underlines London’s role as the hub and destination of choice for the super-rich from around the world.

“It is London that attracts the Chinese and Hong Kong billionaires, the Russian oligarchs, the Malaysian super-rich and the Gulf oil Royals.”
