Dan Holford, SEGRO

Warehouse developer SEGRO has announced its appointment of Dan Holford as its new director of technical development.

Dan joins from construction consultancy Feasibility, where he spent 14 years and developed expertise in the delivery of modern industrial space and created a first-class network.

He will play a key role in leading the team responsible for the development projects across SEGRO’s Thames Valley portfolio.

James Craddock, SEGRO’s managing director for Thames Valley and Data Centres, commented: “We are excited to welcome Dan to the team.

“His experience and technical knowledge will be extremely valuable as we bring forward our ambitious development plans in Thames Valley, including the next phase of evolution at Slough Trading Estate.”

Jonny Perkins, LabTech

Property investment company LabTech has announced the appointment of Jonny Perkins as retail asset manager for its new Camden development.

Jonny joins LabTech from CBRE where he spent six years in the central London retail leasing team, advising institutional and private landlords, including The Crown Estate, Great Portland Estates, M&G, Sirosa, and CBRE GI on their retail and leisure strategies.

Rob Glickman, Cledara

SaaS management company Cledara has announced the appointment of Rob Glickman as its chief marketing officer.

As CMO, Rob will manage all aspects of marketing including go-to-market strategy, demand generation, brand, product and partner marketing.

Rob brings with him more than 20 years of marketing experience, both from technology companies and Silicon Valley based startups.

Prior to joining Cledara, Rob was CMO of Treasure Data, where he led and scaled global marketing for the enterprise SaaS Customer Data Platform.

Rob commented: “I’m thrilled to join the team at Cledara to help companies take control of their software spend so they can focus on what really matters - serving their customers.”

Tarcila Steter, Time Out Group

Media and hospitality business Time Out Group has announced that Tarcila Steter has joined the company as director of engineering and technology.

Tarcila brings 20 years of experience working within the industry across the UK, Netherlands, Brazil and the United States.

Within her new role at Time Out Group, Tarcila will align the technology and business objectives by shaping the engineering culture of the company by focusing on simplicity, scalability, problem solving and successful delivery.

Tarcila previously worked at Time Out in 2016, as the group’s technology director of delivery and operations.

She commented: “I am thrilled to return to Time Out! I can’t wait to hit the ground running and build upon the opportunities this role presents.

“I am looking forward to leading our incredible team of engineers and the larger tech team to deliver the best-in-class tools to our editors.

“In my role, I will lead the team to bring high value return on investment to our partners, and even better digital experiences to our customers.”

Mike Tumalty, David Gingell and Fergus Gloster, StarLeaf

Video collaboration solutions provider StarLeaf has announced that it is appointing three new members to its senior management team.

Mike Tumalty will join the company as its new chief sales officer, having previously worked as global VP of sales at Decibel.

He has more than 20 years of experience in leading sales teams, and will be tasked with further extending StarLeaf’s sales reach.

David Gingell is joining the team as its new chief marketing officer, and has previously worked as CMO at Seal Software.

His role will focus on helping to turn StarLeaf into a global force for messaging, meeting, calling software.

Fergus Gloster has been appointed to the board as non-executive director, bringing with him more than 25 years of experience in advising and leading software businesses.
