Residential scheme launches at waterside North London regeneration project
A residential scheme has launched its new showhome at a waterside site in London’s Finsbury Park area.
Notting Hill Genesis has just launched a stunning new two-bedroom shared ownership showhome at its development Heron Quarter within Woodberry Down.
Designed by Oasis Interior Design, the showhome is situated overlooking the West Reservoir sailing lake, surrounded by 15 acres of greenery.
The showhome comprises two bedrooms, a kitchen, living room, bathroom and private access to a balcony.
Rachel Best, design director for Oasis Interior Design commented: “Our inspiration for the new show apartment came from the beautiful natural surroundings that envelopes the scheme – when you are here you just can’t ignore them!
“We chose accents of luxurious greens and sumptuous blues to create a relaxing and tranquil environment that is both stylish yet understated and contemporary without being too modern. At this time, incorporating versatile and flexible living spaces is an important factor.”
