Yorkshire IT and digital consultancy accelerates growth plans to create 35 new jobs

A Yorkshire IT and digital consultancy is accelerating its expansion plans and recruiting for new roles to support its growth.

Leeds-based Answer Digital has seen growth in many sectors and will create 35 new roles to support this. It comes alongside many companies and the public sector advancing their digital transformation plans.

Answer Digital has been appointed to the new £800m digital capability for health framework which supports public health organisations to provide digital outcomes and services.

Gary Parlett, founder and managing director of Answer Digital, commented: “Following our move to employee-ownership last year, we have seen the business grow at light-speed.

“Our deep understanding and technical expertise in healthcare, financial services, and a host of other sectors have won favour with high quality and long-standing clients.”

The Leeds consultancy will also invest in its academy which aims to help young people to build on their digital skills in software development, integration, test automation, and project management.

Over half of its current staff are from its academy, and it is expected that 20 more people will enter the academy programme in the next 9 months.
