‘Secret garden’ collection launches in £120m Battersea residential development

A development in south west London has released a new garden collection in response to growing demand for outdoor spaces.

Developer Avanton has released the Garden Collection of apartments at its £120m flagship development Coda in Battersea.

Comprising three apartment buildings on a raised podium, the collection provides 40 apartments as well as 18,600 sq ft communal gardens on the roof of the podium.

As well as access to the gardens, Coda residents will have access to a private residents’ club lounge, concierge and a fitness studio which is set to open next month.
