Global real estate firm chooses “sustainable” central London site for UK flagship office

A global real estate firm has chosen a new sustainable office development in central London for its new flagship UK site.

British Land has announced that JLL has signed an agreement for lease for 134,000 sq ft at 1 Broadgate for its new UK flagship office.

The building comprises 546,000 sq ft of mixed-use space, including 498,000 sq ft of workspace, 47,000 sq ft of roof terraces and 48,000 sq ft of retail and leisure space. Enabling works are already underway with demolition due to start May 2021.

JLL plans to move into its new three-floor office at of 1 Broadgate in 2025 following completion of the development,
