A real estate group specialising in ‘luxury’ developments has launched its new London office ahead of plans to grow its global presence.
Beauchamp Estates has opened its new flagship office in St. John’s Wood as part of its ongoing expansion.
Situated at 80 St. John’s Wood High Street, the firm’s 1,500 sq ft branch comprises a marketing suite, two floors with technology and interiors and outside terraces finished to a ‘luxury’ residential specification.
The new St. John’s Wood office is the latest in a series of office openings undertaken by Beauchamp Estates in recent months in Lisbon, St Tropez and Tel Aviv, which have joined existing branches in Mayfair, Cannes, Mykonos and New York.
Beauchamp Estates is also looking to expand in Los Angeles, South America, the Gulf states and Asia.
Gary Hersham, founding director of Beauchamp Estates, commented: “St. John’s Wood is one of the most vibrant markets in London at present due to the supply of hgh quality houses with home offices and gardens and luxury apartments with proximity to parks, which is exactly what people want.
“Homes in St. John’s Wood are in high demand from applicants and this is why we are delighted to be opening our new St. John’s Wood office located right in the centre of the High Street which is one of the most visited and popular local shopping and leisure destinations in London.”
