Camden Town neighbourhood eatery set to make indoor debut
A new London neighbourhood pub and restaurant is set to fully open its doors after being delayed as a result of the pandemic.
The Farrier is preparing to open its indoor space for the first time in Camden Town, North London.
Having initially opened its Alfresco Terrace when restrictions on outdoor areas were eased, the restaurant is set to open its 2,100 sq ft indoor venue, including its 48-cover restaurant and 38-cover pub.
Founded by George Hartshorn, Chris Gibson and Ollie Patterson, The Farrier will feature a rustic seasonal menu, curated by three Michelin star trained chef Ash Finch.
Ollie Patterson, co-founder and general manager of The Farrier, commented: “We’ve had an incredible response to our Alfresco Terrace so far, but we cannot wait to welcome guests inside, to enjoy The Farrier as the warm and inviting neighbourhood pub & restaurant that it was originally envisaged.”
Chris Gibson, co-founder of The Farrier, added: “We’ve collectively worked in the hospitality and music industry for over 30 years.
“Through events and tastings, our jobs have allowed us the luxury of experiencing some of the finest foods and wines often only available in high end or intimidating settings.
“We wanted to create a welcoming space where people can have access to those quality food and wine experiences but in a totally relaxed and laid back environment.”
