Leeds city centre offices given new look following full revamp
The comprehensive refurbishment of a Leeds city centre office building has been completed.
10 South Parade offices in the heart of the city’s professional quarter have undergone a full revamp.
Following its refurbishment by Wilton Developments, the site now comprises Grade A accommodation – with the whole of the 9,300 sq ft first floor available to lease.
Jason Stowe, managing director of Leeds-based Wilton Developments, commented: “On behalf of the owners East Parade Ltd, we are pleased to have completed the first comprehensive update to the building since it won the British Council for Offices Award for best refurbished workplace back in 2011.
“The design-led works have refreshed the common areas into a contemporary look, whilst maintaining a sympathetic relationship to the boutique experience of high-quality materials and finish, which were key to the original award-winning refit 10 years ago.
“The design looks stylish and fresh and has already successfully encouraged a new tenant to move into the building. Now we hope to build on that success by letting the impressive 9,300 sq ft first floor with the help of Leeds property consultancies Knight Frank and WSB.”
Elizabeth Ridler, partner with Knight Frank, added: “This is a fabulous space, delivering exactly what the Leeds office market now wants. The prime location and great profile fit in perfectly with the flight to quality and we expect a good deal of interest in the space available.
“10 South Parade is prominently positioned on the corner of East Parade and South Parade right in the heart of Leeds’ professional and financial core with an exceptional range of amenities on the doorstep.”
