“UK’s first” mochi bar brings Japanese flavours to Leicester Square site
A Japanese food hall has launched a brand new eatery in the heart of London.
Japan Centre has announced the launch of the Mochi Bar in Leicester Square this week.
The venue, set to be the UK’s first dedicated mochi bar, has opened its doors at Japan Centre’s flagship food hall in the heart of the capital.
The new site will specialise in the brand’s signature Japanese baked goods, including Mochi Donuts Pon de Ring, Mochi Cookies, Mochi Daifuku, Mochi Pan Bread, Mochi Dango and Mochi Ice Cream.
In addition the venue, which opened its doors yesterday in the central location, will offer a range of bubble teas.
Japan Centre, which was founded in London, is one of the largest Japanese food halls in Europe.
