Ovenu wins swathe of customer satisfaction awards
Oven valeting company, Ovenu, is celebrating after more than 80 of its franchisees won top performance honours from an online customer ratings platform.
A total of 37 Ovenu franchisees won a Diamond accolade in the Trustist Top Performing Franchisee category, ten won Gold, 17 Silver, and 18 Bronze, with the winners located across the UK.
Rik Hellewell, the founder and managing director of Ovenu, said: “Customer satisfaction is of paramount importance to the success of this business.
“These awards are testament to the fact that Ovenu is a brand, and its franchisees provide a service that people trust. Individually, the majority of our franchisees attract a maximum five-star customer rating.
“We are proud of the top-class standard of work and excellent customer service that is delivered by our franchisees day in, day out and these awards are confirmation of that.”
Nigel Apperley, chief executive of Trustist, said: “It is important to recognise how individual franchisees can play a huge part in building a good reputation for an overall brand.
“The number of accolades won by Ovenu demonstrates how the company supports and empowers its franchisees to deliver an outstanding customer experience, which is reflected by the ratings on Trustist.”
Trustist is a market leading platform, which optimises reviews through Google and generates a constant flow of ratings and reviews on the search engine.
Rik added: “It is important that customers can readily see how a firm is performing and Trustist enables our established and potential new customers to do this.”
The inaugural awards were organised to highlight clients which had achieved high levels of customer satisfaction via the platform.
Trustist is not merely a review-based service but works with companies to monitor and amalgamate reviews from across several different websites and social media streams, while improving clients’ search engine optimisation and standing on the likes of Google.
The Ovenu valeting process involves dismantling key components of an oven such as the door, interior panels, fan and shelves and placing them into design-registered tank equipment, which uses safe, non-caustic products to clean the oven parts. The whole process takes around three to four hours and leaves the oven, hob and exterior in immaculate condition.
