Multiple Norton Finance Staff Celebrate 20-Year Anniversary

2021 sees eleven of Norton Finance’s staff celebrate 20-years plus with the business.

Nine staff celebrate their 20-year anniversaries this year, whilst two also celebrate 25-years and 30-years with the broker.

With over 40-years of experience in the financial market, Norton has navigated many tricky financial climates over the years to help people who have been turned down by high-street lenders. Now, some of their staff are celebrating being part of that process for over half of that time.

Norton Finance is a multi-award-winning family-run company that provides a friendly and personal service, and where many choose to remain throughout their careers. Today the family of colleagues sits at 150 and is still growing.

Speaking about the many anniversaries this year, Paul Stringer, Director of the Norton Finance Group, said: ‘We are incredibly proud to have such an amazing team here at Norton, and especially proud to have such hard-working and dedicated staff that have stayed with us for the past 20 years. Those colleagues have achieved so much success in their time here and act as a huge inspiration to our newer recruits, we must recognize them.’

The staff’s loyalty will be commemorated with long-service awards.
