Pinner businessman strikes gold for customer satisfaction

Oven valeting firm, Ovenu Pinner, has received the highest possible honour in the inaugural Trustist awards which recognise outstanding customer service.

The business, run by Andy Hart, picked up a gold award after attracting a clean sweep of more than 550 maximum five-star reviews on the online customer ratings platform.

For Andy, who has run the business since 2006, the accolade reflects his own high standards and attention to detail.

He said: “The business is founded on delivering a great service and there is no higher praise than from those who matter most, my clients.

“It’s an honour that this has been recognised by Trustist in its Top Performing Franchisee category, and I’m proud to have received a gold rating.”

Before joining Ovenu, Andy worked for 20 years as a night operations manager for newspaper firms.

He added: “I’d really like to say a big thank you to my clients because without their positive feedback, I wouldn’t have won this award.”

Nigel Apperley, chief executive of Trustist, said: “It is important to recognise that individual franchisees like Andy play a huge part in building a good reputation for an overall brand.”

Rik Hellewell, the founder and managing director of Ovenu, added: “Customer satisfaction is of paramount importance.

“These awards are testament to the fact that Andy provides a service that people trust, and I’m proud of the top-class work and excellent customer service he delivers on a daily basis. These awards are confirmation of that.”

Ovenu Pinner continues to accept bookings at its discretion, with the strict stipulation that both parties observe the two-metre social distancing rule, along with guidelines on hygiene and cleanliness.

As well as Pinner, Andy also covers Harrow, Ruislip, Wembley, Northwood Edgware, Stanmore, Eastcote and surrounding areas.
