London developer launches new riverside residential development in Watford

A new riverside residential development has been brought to market north of London.

Waterside at Riverwell, a new development by Bellway London, has had its first selection of new homes released for sale in Watford.

The development of 143 one, two and three-bedroom apartments is part of a wider regeneration project aiming to deliver new homes to the area as well as new commercial and community facilities.

A total of 110 apartments at the development will be sold as private homes, with 33 further homes being provided as affordable apartments for rent or shared ownership.

A sales centre, showhome and fitness suite is due to open in August on the development located off Thomas Sawyer Way, but in the meantime the first plots are being sold from Bellway’s Apsley Quay Sales Centre in nearby Hemel Hempstead.
