HR tech business expands to new Soho office ahead of planned fivefold staff increase

A tech firm specialising in HR services for SMEs has announced the launch of a new London office as it expands its team.

Personio has moved to a new base in the West End to support its plans to grow its team by fivefold over the next two years.

Specialising in HE solutions for businesses, Personio’s UK revenue in Q1 2021 was more than 10 times greater than the same period last year. It counts SMEs such as Mindful Chef, Tractable and Numan among its UK customers, as well as Premier Inn, Statista and SkyTeam internationally.

The firm plans to take on an additional 40 new employees across all areas of the business, with a particular focus on sales & marketing as well as product analysts for its London team.

As part of its growth, Personio has doubled the size of its London team over the last quarter.

New additions to the team include Sam Richards as country manager for UK and Ireland, Loretta Ediam as head of product operations and Nick Peart as vice president marketing.
