Spitalfields smokehouse to launch second site in new Camden complex
A London-based modern smokehouse has announced the launch of its second site in the capital.
Spitalfields business Hotbox is set to open the doors to its latest eatery in the newly-opened Hawley Wharf complex in Camden tomorrow (September 1).
Accompanying the firm’s Shoreditch flagship and operations in Market Halls Fulham and West End, Hotbox’s new site will offer the brand’s range of signature smoked meats, burgers and buns.
The site will accommodate 42 covers - with its menu led by executive chef Lewis Spencer - and will offer a new range of cocktails in addition to the smoked specialties.
Covering 580,000 sq ft of canal-side space, Hawley Wharf will become the new home to a range of independent retailers including Marbek, Mr Sneaker and SknFed.
In addition, foodie spots such as South East Asian eatery Ekachai, Cantonese roast meat specialist Three Uncles, Chinatown favourite Bun House and dim sum brand BaoziInn are set to join the development.
