Legacie Developments hails ‘powerful partnership’ with international sales agent following £300million investment in the city’s property sec

A partnership between two of the most prominent property-focused businesses in the North West is contributing to a boom in Liverpool’s growing residential sector.

International sales and lettings company, RWinvest, which is headquartered in Liverpool, has joined forces with Legacie Developments on a number of major developments in the city including the prestigious Parliament Square scheme and Renshaw Street’s Ropemaker Place.

The award-winning property investment company, which was established in 2004, has acted on behalf Legacie to attract investors for its properties from around the globe totalling in excess of £300million.

The businesses are now working together on a variety of new joint ventures including Liverpool’s first major eco-friendly residential development Element The Quarter and One Baltic Square - another contemporary apartment scheme near the city’s waterfront. The businesses are also collaborating on the forthcoming Merchant’s Wharf residential scheme located in Salford Quays.
