Flexitallic UK, the international market leader in the design, manufacture, and supply of industrial static sealing solutions, has appointed Chris Lusted as its business development manager for Scotland.
Chris has more than nine years’ experience within the sealing product sector, working across several industries, including oil and gas, hydrogen, renewables, petrochemical, food, pharmaceutical, and utilities.
His previous role was as a Sales Manager for Scotland and Ireland, which included responsibility for managing two service centres in Scotland, together with ensuring clients received 24/7 service and support.
Chris also brings a wealth of experience of the Scottish Central Belt, having previously worked with service centres in the Grangemouth industrial cluster.
He said: “I wanted to join Flexitallic because of its commitment to innovation, combined with its extensive product range and expertise as a market leader.
“I’m looking forward to applying my experience in customer service, business development, business development, and business management to deliver exemplary support to Scotland’s process industries.
Married with two children, Chris lives near Falkirk, and lists playing golf as one of his passions.
Sam Bradley, UK Sales Director at Flexitallic, said: “We are excited to have secured the services of Chris, who already has a proven track record within the sealing industry.
“I’m confident Chris will make a real contribution to strengthening Flexitallic’s position within Scotland by continuing to support our existing customers and introducing Flexitallic products and service offering to key operators in the region.”
