'Sustainable' 619 home Greenwich development set to launch on November 11

The first homes at the Kidbrooke Square development in the Royal Borough of Greenwich are set for launch on November 11, 2021.

The new development, a collaboration between Notting Hill Genesis and Transport for London (TfL), consists of 619 new homes.

The homes are in line with the Mayor of London’s ‘First Dibs’ policy, offering Londoners the chance to purchase a studio apartment at prices starting from £306k.

As well as the studio apartments being offered to Londoners now, the scheme will provide a range of opportunities for buyers in the future with a range of one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments. The development also includes 50 per cent affordable housing for both Shared Ownership and London Affordable Rent.

Kidbrooke Square is built to a carbon reduction target of 39.6 per cent and energy efficiency is maximised through renewable supplies and energy efficient appliances inside the homes.

The development’s active travel routes aim to create a sustainable community, with walking and cycling prioritised and on-site bike storage available.
