Quorum Welcomes Landlord & Tenant Services Specialist

One of the UK’s leading tenant referencing companies is investing in new office space at Quorum Park as it expands its operations.

Rightmove Landlord and Tenant Services Limited is relocating from Killingworth and taking 5,850 sq. ft. of ground floor space in the NEON building.

The move is part of a five-year deal that will see the company benefit from office accommodation for its 110-strong workforce who will be combining office and home working.

Rightmove has opted for Quorum Park, which will provide a mix of open plan working areas, meeting rooms and kitchen facilities, to provide high spec office space. The location will also offer the firm good local transport links, free parking and nearby retail and leisure amenities.

The deal saw Rightmove represented by Gerald Eve, while Avison Young and Savills act on behalf of landlord, Shelborn Asset Management, as joint letting agents for Quorum Park.

Later this month Quorum Park is set to launch six branded e-bikes for occupiers to use as part of Shelborn’s sustainability commitments and its work towards achieving a net zero carbon future for Quorum Park.

Mark Rabinowitz added: “Providing viable active travel options for our occupiers is an essential component to our wider sustainability commitments. E-bikes allow for a healthier daily commute at a time when the costs associated with driving are rapidly rising, not to mention the effect that cars have on the planet.”

Quorum Park offices meet the requirements of a post lockdown returning workforce with space that can be adapted as technology evolves, working patterns change and personnel come and go.

In June, leading northern pubco The Inn Collection Group also announced the relocation of its 60-strong head office and central reservations team to new premises at Quorum Park.
