Pierre Naggar and Alex Faust, AdTonos

AdTonos has appointed Pierre Naggar, former Global SVP of Demand at Adswizz, and Alex Faust, ex-global head of multi-market sales from Spotify, as the newest members of its board advisors and senior leadership. With over 40 years of experience between them, Pierre and Alex will provide strategic support in expanding into multiple crucial markets.

Pierre Naggar is a senior programmatic and digital audio expert and joins AdTonos with 20 years of experience in the digital advertising and marketing industry. He spent the last seven years at AdsWizz where he oversaw commercial activities in North America and Europe focusing on the demand side.

Pierre commented: “Digital Audio consumption has experienced tremendous growth over the last few years and there is an incredible opportunity for advertisers to reach their desired audiences across great content.

“I am very excited to be joining AdTonos as board advisor as they enable publishers and brands to leverage the power of audio through their innovative technology solutions.”

Alex Faust is also joining AdTonos as a board advisor to counsel in building the direct sales and marketing function. Outside AdTonos, Faust is also an investor and advisor to founders of early-stage adtech companies.

Alex added: “I’m really looking forward to helping Michal and the team accelerate growth at AdTonos. The recent growth, along with their incredible product offering puts the business in great shape to capture a significant share in the rapidly expanding digital audio market.”

largemortgageloans.com (LML), a provider of bespoke mortgage advice to high net worth (HNW) individuals, continues its expansion plans with the appointment of three new advisers to its broker team.

The company, which is currently recruiting for a number of positions to meet increasing demand for its services, also recently appointed a new compliance manager to its growing London office. Paul O’Neill joins from John Charcol where he was a mortgage sales team manager, running a team of seven mortgage advisers and one protection adviser.

He has nearly 10 years’ experience as a mortgage and protection adviser gained through his roles at a number of banking institutions, including Barclays, Santander and Royal Bank of Scotland, as well as within the intermediary sector. Paul is currently studying towards his Diploma for Financial Advice (DipFA).

Naima Mirza joins from Habito where she was a mortgage adviser. She has nearly six years’ experience working with a variety of clients, in particular high net worth individuals, gained through roles with Knight Frank Finance and Dynamo / The Buy-to-Let Business.

Chris Young joins from Trussle Lab Ltd where he was a mortgage team manager, running a team of 16 advisers and associates. He has specific experience of advising wealthy individuals, managing high net worth portfolios for a number of advisory firms including Simply Life & Mortgages Ltd and Dynamo / The Buy-to-Let Business.

Paul Shilling, Rund Partnership Limited

Rund Partnership Limited, specialist surveying and construction consultancy has appointed Paul Shilling as a director to spearhead its building surveying and projects division. Paul, who brings over 20 years’ of experience to Rund, has a “strong track record” in building surveying and project management.

In his previous role, Paul was a partner at a project management consultancy for 10 years. He is also a chartered member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). His previous experience also includes managing multiple projects of high value for a Global Investment Bank for over 15 years.

During this period, he provided surveying and project management duties, governance and control risk management, working closely with consultant teams across the UK, Channel Islands and Russia. He will be based in Rund’s London office, heading up Rund’s dedicated building surveying team.

Richard Mussell, managing director, Rund commented: “Paul will play a key role in enhancing our dedicated building surveying offering, and his two decades of his experience will help us continue to expand the division over the coming years.

Paul added: “I’m excited to have joined Rund as a director to enhance its dedicated building surveying team.
