DJH Mitten Clarke Accelerate Growth with Acquisition of Senovo Health
Top 50 accountancy practice, DJH Mitten Clarke, has announced specialist dental broker, Senovo Health, have joined their professional services group, adding yet more expertise and knowledge to the team.
The partnership will enhance the services available to the Groups dental clients, whilst providing Senovo further opportunity to grow their brokerage client base. The move also bolsters DJH Mitten Clarke’s merger and acquisition team, with Senovo Managing Director, Richard Crook, now in the driving seat to secure the businesses future acquisition pipeline.
Richard said: “Having founded Senovo Health back in 2018 the business has gone from strength to strength. We’ve been fortunate to work with some great clients and sold many practices on their behalf whilst supporting others on the acquisition trail to help grow their operation. The new partnership will allow us to improve our own infrastructure and work with a much broader client base.
“The group’s experience and expertise within the dental sector is particularly exciting, setting us up for a great partnership.”
Group Managing Director, Scott Heath, said “Welcoming Senovo to the Group was a natural step on our journey. We have over sixteen hundred dental clients across our portfolio, with a dedicated specialist team based at our Chester office.
“As a group we are also accelerating our own growth with an ambitious acquisition strategy, Richard’s knowledge and expertise will really help us propel our plans forward.”
The news follows an outstanding twelve months with the acquisitions of Chester’s Morris & Co, Manchester’s Lloyd Piggott and Bakers in Walsall.
