This week’s round up of Yorkshire appointments includes HBD, Equation & Milners. Read on to find out more.

David Wells, HBD
HBD has made a senior appointment to its Leeds office, welcoming David Wells as director as its Yorkshire and North East team continues to grow.
The property developer launched its Leeds office in 2020, making a series of new hires as its development pipeline has continued to expand.
David joins HBD from Capital & Centric and brings more than 30 years’ experience within the industry following senior roles at Muse Developments and Scarborough Group.
David said: “HBD is well-established and respected within the industry, so it’s fantastic to be joining the business. The Leeds office has continued to see strong growth since its launch in 2020 and I look forward to working with Tom and the team to both progress existing schemes and to continue building HBD’s development pipeline across Yorkshire and the North East.”

Jamie Pollard, Equation
Yorkshire and London based digital marketing agency, Equation, has announced the appointment of Jamie Pollard to the newly created role of Sales Director.
Jamie joins the agency from Leeds based Journey Further, where he spent the last 3 years working with brands such as Abercrombie & Kent, Missguided, Matalan, and Oliver Bonas to name a few.
Commenting on his new role, Jamie added, “since their launch, equation have seen outstanding growth and I look forward to making a contribution to their continued ambitious plans. Being part of the idhl Group provides access to a wealth of in-house expertise as well as high profile partnerships that raise the bar for client delivery.”
Richard Ellis is the Managing Director of equation, an agency approaching 50 ‘paid media’ experts currently in the top 3% performing agencies for Google in the UK, for the fifth year running.

Kim Stockburn & Tiffany Jackson, Milners
A YORKSHIRE law firm has bolstered its growing property team with a brace of new appointments, including one of the best-known names to people moving home in the county over the past 35 years.
Milners, with offices in Leeds city centre, Harrogate and Pontefract, has strengthened its conveyancing team with the hire of Kim Stockburn; while its commercial property specialism has added solicitor Tiffany Jackson to its roster of experts.
Both join Milners from Harrogate-based counterpart McCormicks solicitors. Their appointments expands its team of people to 40. Conveyancing executive Kim has been helping people buying or selling a home since 1987, not just throughout Harrogate and the wider Yorkshire district, but also across all areas of England and Wales.
She joins a team, led by residential property manager John Robson, at a time when it has been re-awarded a top accolade by the Law Society for the way it meets conveyancing best practice and safeguards against potential fraud.
Tiffany brings a wide range of skills to Milners including supporting the launch of the COVID-19 vaccination centre at Elland Road, Leeds.
Commercial property partner Mathew Haynes, said: “We’re thrilled to add two people of Kim and Tiffany’s calibre to our pool of legal talent. Their blend of legal expertise, experience and local knowledge will add an extra dimension to our range of services.”
