Sam Percival, Reward Finance Group

Reward Finance Group has further bolstered its ambitious growth plans in London and the South East by appointing Sam Percival as its new business development director.

With over 17 years’ experience in the finance sector, primarily within business development, Sam will work closely with both his own contacts and Reward’s network to guide SMEs through the working capital needed to grow their business or overcome a short-term financial need.

Speaking about joining Reward, Sam commented: “Having worked previously with Simon, who leads the team at Reward in London, I’ve seen from afar the giant strides he and the company have made in the South East since launching late last year. The opportunity to be part of a business on such a rapid growth path and play an integral role in this ongoing success story was a key factor in me joining.

Simon Adcock, Reward’s regional director for London and the South East, added: “It’s hugely satisfying to see our progress in the region and be in a position to appoint someone of Sam’s experience and knowledge in the commercial finance sector. I’m confident he will prove to be a real asset to the business and will be integral to our future growth.”

Natalia Wieczorek, Digital agency Organic

Digital agency Organic today announces the appointment of Natalia Wieczorek as the agency’s new Strategic Account Director. Reporting into Tim Burley, Head of Client Services at Organic, Natalia is joining the team from performance marketing agency Highrise, where she was Growth Strategist.

Bringing in over a decade of experience in tech start-ups, global corporations, boutique agencies and eCommerce brands, Natalia will oversee multiple accounts at the agency including CILEX, Improve International, and Gas Safe Register. In the past, she has worked on notable accounts for multi-million-dollar luxury fashion, coffee, and jewellery brands, in various strategic and client-facing roles.

Natalia Wieczorek, Strategic Account Director at Organic says: “I’ve known for a while now that I wanted to use my marketing expertise to make a more positive impact on the world, and Organic’s approach of “Digital for Good” made this move a no-brainer.

“I believe we have a responsibility to use our skills (whatever they may be) to positively influence both our local communities and global ones, and I feel strongly that Organic is working hard to do just that.”

Tim Burley, head of client services at Organic says: “Natalia is a brilliant new addition to the Client Services team. I’m delighted she’s joining us and really excited to see the value she adds to our clients’ businesses.”

Eight appointed, OFR

In a period of rapid growth, leading fire engineering consultancy OFR has appointed eight new colleagues to its UK wide team four of whom will be based out of its new office in London. The recruits will support the team as they deliver multi-million-pound projects, offering fire engineering advice to clients including Related Argent, Dandara and the NHS.

They include Sebastian Garzon Tello who has just completed his Masters degree. Sebastian is joined by Muthia Kharirunisa an IMFSE graduate and Chloe Harrop who recently graduated from the University of Sheffield. The team is joined by David Methven who recently completed a Masters in Structural Fire Engineer from the University of Edinburgh.

All four colleagues are graduate fire engineers, meaning they will start their careers with OFR. Speaking of their appointment Sam Liptrott of OFR Consultants said: “We are firmly committed to investing in the fire engineers of the future and each year we prioritise our graduate programme, touring universities up and down the country to meet the best budding talent.

“This new cohort of colleagues are a joy to be around, each with an appetite to take on the rewarding challenges of a career in this sector.”

Sam concluded: “In 2016 when we started out it was just myself and my colleague Simon, so I’m incredibly proud to have developed our business and grown our team so significantly since then; it’s something that we have done carefully through nurturing a strong culture and investing in great people.”
