National recognition for motor retail colleague
Megan Golub, a Service Advisor at Bristol Street Motors Derby Nissan, has been named Dealer Ambassador of the Quarter by the motor manufacturer.
The Dealer Ambassador Awards are open to everyone working in Nissan’s UK retail network and recognise the lengths individuals go to in order to make the lives of their colleagues and customers that little bit easier. It places the focus on the delivery of first-class service.
Megan, who has worked at the Derby dealership since June 2021, has been celebrated for her commitment to providing and excellent customer experience.
She said: “I’m proud to have received this award from Nissan UK. My aim is to always make sure that every customer is treated as I would want to be treated.
“I see every customer as an individual and take the time to get to know them. I like to understand exactly what it is they want and need, and then deliver that.
“As a brand, Bristol Street Motors places a huge emphasis on customer service and that comes naturally to me, as I want every customer to feel special.”
