Hull heralds success of new ATS tyre fitting and service centre

A Hull based tyre fitting and service centre is marking its success two months on from opening.

ATS Euromaster’s Hull business is going from strength to strength. The new premises allows for commercial vehicle servicing including MOT work for class 4 and 7 commercials and for trained technicians to perform routine maintenance on EVs and hybrid vehicles.

Mark Holland, operations director at ATS Euromaster, said: “We invested in these premises to meet the needs of today’s drivers, and in just a couple of months, we have been able to prove we can deliver on that. As a result, the new and upgraded site means we are able to deliver an improved service to both consumers and businesses.

“We are delighted to see new businesses within the Hull area partnering with us to take care of their fleets’ needs. Being able to service more, and bigger, vehicles at any given time has really helped push our business forward and we look forward to the future of this site and subsequent others.”

The increased capabilities in the new centre has seen rapid growth in new fleet and business customers and has achieved a higher Net Promoter Score (NPS) score than the ATS average, and on limited satisfaction scores, was already achieving a credible 8.5.

Matthew Slay, key account development manager, Enterprise Rent-a-Car account commented: “The new Hull centre has been a fantastic addition to our network. In particular, we have seen lots of work from ERAC, as the new centre is much closer to them now. The two teams have worked really well together, and volumes have been very strong from the start with no issues at all.”

Matthew Milne, fleet manager from Minstergate dealership in Hull, added: “Turnaround times have been impressive and communication for order numbers and parts required has also been a welcome change to what we are used to in other parts of the country.”
