Ride Shotgun takes on content partnership with Studio Retail
Brand activation, creative and production agency Ride Shotgun will produce all home and leisure content production for Studio Retail, part of the Fraser Group, in a multi-year deal. The agreement includes creating all of Studio Retail’s home and leisure photography from Ride Shotgun’s Leeds studio, plus creating and delivering seasonal campaign content and multi-channel digital content.
An additional 24 people have been hired to form a dedicated team to manage the project. This includes an implant team in Studio’s Trafford, Greater Manchester office, enabling the agency to work seamlessly with Studio’s trading and marketing teams. The team will cover the entire end-to-end process from creative concept to post-production.
Jon Dark, chief operating officer at Ride Shotgun, commented: “We’re delighted to further strengthen our partnership with Studio Retail by providing them with the team, facilities and expertise to support their rapid digital transformation; it’s an exciting time for Studio Retail and Ride Shotgun alike.”
The move will help Studio Retail achieve significant savings through more efficient content production over the life of the deal.
Chris Other, director of E-Commerce and Marketing at Studio Retail said: “Ride Shotgun have proven themselves as a reliable and trusted agency partner over the last couple of years.
“They understand our business and were the obvious choice to help us improve both the efficiency and effectiveness of our content production. We’re excited to work together to deliver even more compelling content and deliver significant savings for our business.”
