North East law firm celebrates investors in People Platinum accreditation
North East law firm Muckle LLP has celebrated its longstanding relationship with Investors in People, after announcing its Platinum accreditation, the highest standard achievable for people management.
The Newcastle based commercial law firm, has been an employer of choice in the region for decades, with its work with Investors in People starting back in 1999.
Accredited Gold in 2016 and re-accredited in 2016, Muckle LLP’s work with Investors in People has helped transform its business, with the company now placed second in the world for legal services and 69th out of all companies worldwide.
Muckle LLP’s senior team alongside IIP has overseen a long-term investment into its wellbeing, apprenticeships and people over the last three decades in order to obtain Platinum, with the company undergoing further transformation in order to achieve the best business results.
Underpinning the Standard is the Investors in People framework, reflecting the latest workplace trends, essential skills and effective structures required to outperform in any industry. Investors in People enables organisations to benchmark against the best in the business on an international scale.
