Shauna Aherne, Inizio Medical

Inizio, a global commercialisation partner dedicated to the health and life sciences industry aims to set a new standard for medical affairs excellence with the appointment of Shauna Aherne as president, medical excellence, specialised services at Inizio Medical.

Shauna will be responsible for driving forward a specialist medical transformation offering with sustainable growth across all of Inizio Medical’s agencies and their international client portfolio.

She joins the team from MedEvoke where she served as president and executive vice president respectively and was a driving force behind the success of the agency’s consultative and strategic services.

During her time with the business, she worked alongside the largest players in the pharma industry, as well as biotech and medical device organisations to drive their launch and commercialization efforts.

Tony Quigley, Red Loft

Property consultancy Red Loft is expanding the geographical reach of its development and sales services, launching a Southwest England division, appointing Tony Quigley as director to lead the new region.

Danny Sutcliffe, partner at Red Loft, commented: “We are excited to be expanding into the Southwest. It’s an extensive and diverse region, with huge housing need. The skillset within our team, combined with Tony Quigley’s vast knowledge of the area, will help us to support developers across the Southwest bring housing and commercial projects forward.”

Leading this expansion, newly appointed director Tony Quigley joins Red Loft with decades of experience in the housing industry. This is combined with extensive knowledge of the Southwest, where he has worked since 1997.

Tony spent over 15 years at Sovereign, where his most recent role was director of commercial operations and home ownership. During his time at Sovereign, he led the development of Sovereign’s PRS and Key Worker portfolios and worked alongside the Help-to-Buy agent to form a long term and successful partnership.

Tony added: “I am pleased to be joining the Red Loft team and launching this new region for the company. I have lived and worked in the Southwest for over 20 years and good quality, affordable housing has never been more needed right across the region.

“The Red Loft team is known for their highly professional, innovative and pragmatic approach, which will be invaluable as we support developers, housing charities and local authorities across the area as they strive to deliver new homes.”

Sharon Long, Simon Loveland, Ajay Yallatikar and Pierre Crepin: KEW Technology

KEW Technology, a Birmingham based sustainable energy solutions company based in Birmingham, has appointed a number of senior roles recently as it ramps up its recruitment drive in line with the company’s growth plans.

Sharon Long has been recruited to develop a new HR service to support the retention and attraction of future talent. Sharon will work with the KEW team to support their mission and ambitious growth plans, two areas which attracted Sharon to the role.

Simon Loveland, chief financial officer (CFO), has been onboarded to help support the company’s growth strategy as it embarks on the commercialisation of its recently developed and showcased technology offerings. Simon qualified as a Chartered Accountant at KPMG and has worked in finance throughout his 30-year career to date.

Ajay Yallatikar has joined KEW as head of electrical control and Instrumentation (EC&I). He has a master’s degree in applied Instrumentation and Controls, with 13 years of diverse experience working for oil & gas, chemical, and the renewable energy industry.

Pierre Crepin has joined as project and engineering director. He boasts a strong background and has successfully completed numerous large-scale projects across different regions. These latest recruits will work with the senior leadership team at KEW’s Great Charles Queensway head office in central Birmingham.

Now Sharon, Simon, Ajay and Pierre are on board, I look forward to seeing what they deliver and leveraging their individual specialisms.
